Free Planning and Paying for College Workshop in Central NY on June 12

WHAT:   The Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU) and the private colleges and universities in the Central New York region are presenting a free “Planning and Paying for College” workshop. The workshop will help students and their parents/guardians understand the financial aid process and programs. Financial aid and admissions counselors from a number of Central New York area private, not-for-profit colleges and universities will be available to answer questions during and at the close of the presentation. The Sallie Mae Fund will award a $500 scholarship* to a high school class of 2013 or 2014 student (or a parent or guardian) in attendance.

8:15 pm – Meet and Greet with College Representatives
