New York State World Trade Center Memorial Scholarships

New York State World Trade Center Memorial Scholarships are available to disabled survivors of the September 11, 2001, attacks and subsequent rescue and recovery operations. Children, spouses, and financial dependents of deceased or disabled victims also are eligible.  The scholarship provides up to $14,000 annually for up to four years of full-time undergraduate study or five years of an approved program.  Funds are appropriated as needed to sustain the program from a World Trade Center lump sum.
