Foster Youth College Success Initiative (FYCSI)

FYCSI provides funds to colleges to institute support services to assist youth in foster care, orphans, or wards of the court to apply for, enroll in, and succeed in college. These funds are divided among the three sectors of higher education in New York: SUNY, CUNY; private, not-for-profit colleges and universities. Funds are allotted to campuses based upon the number of eligible students they enroll.
