Dr. Drew Bogner assumed the presidency of Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY in July 2000. Before coming to Molloy, Dr. Bogner was Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs at Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Bogner holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and History of Education from the University of Kansas.

Under Dr. Bogner's leadership, Molloy College has rapidly expanded its leadership initiatives in the business and service communities. The College has also seen a renewed and energized spirit of cooperation and communication within the campus community, as each of the College's core constituencies coalesces around one of Molloy's founding principles - Leadership through Service. Dr. Bogner's leadership has resulted in elevating the College's reputation for quality. Molloy College has recently been recognized nationally by the Princeton Review as one of the top 218 Schools in the Northeast, by U.S.News and World Report as a top tier institution and twice in the past six years by the National Collegiate Athletic Association for its student-athlete graduation rates.

Dr. Bogner is credited for increasing the College's enrollment. Molloy's enrollment has roughly doubled during Dr. Bogner's tenure, from approximately 2,200 students to just over 4,000 for fall 2009 (approximately 3,000 undergraduate and 1,000 graduate students).

Molloy College has experienced major renovations and modifications of its campus facilities. Dr. Bogner has successfully overseen the $2 million renovation of the science labs, the design and construction of Siena Hall, upgraded campus technology, and prepared and brought before the Village of Rockville Centre two building plans; the Public Square and the College's first residence hall. The College held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Public Square on September 30, 2009.

Under Dr. Bogner's leadership, the College has completed its most successful capital campaign in the College's history, having raised $21 million.

Dr. Bogner serves on numerous boards both nationally and locally including the NCAA Presidents' Council (of which he is chair), Boy Scouts of America, Catholic Charities and The Tomorrow's Hope Foundation.

Dr. Bogner and his wife, Karen, reside in Rockville Centre, New York and have two children, Ryan and Lindsay.
